Am I Cheap or Fiscally Responsible?

After reading Alex Reid’s “Thrill of Frugality” story, that got me thinking if I am cheap.

In life, I do not think we will ever be content. We will want things and have to decide whether or not to pay for a product or service.

Someone who is cheap by definition is stingy or unwilling to give or spend.
