I finally had a chance to re-visit central coast area of California. The last time was back in December 2017. This time I got to check out three museums.

The first museum I checked out was the Hans Christian Anderson museum, a tiny upstairs museum featuring books and exhibits about legendary author Hans Christian Andersen who wrote stories you might know of like The Little Mermaid.

The second museum I checked out was the California Nature Art Museum where I saw photos of birds, bees, other pollinators, and more. This museum uses art to connect visitors to nature and to shed light on environmental issues such as what impacts pollinators and how we can help the pollinators.

I also got to see the new site-specific installation titled Message in a Bottle. It aims to raise awareness about the critical problem of plastic pollution. It will be at the museum through November 2024.
