I just finished reading Part 5 of The Christmas Pig. What I learned is there can still be that hope for a better tomorrow.
You know that feeling of hopelessness when placed in the “Wastes of the Unlamented,” a place where useless, unwanted, and unloved Things go? At that moment, it may feel that you’re stuck in that circumstance and things cannot get any better. There can still be hope!
There were many occasions in life that I eluded to in my Reflections of 2020 story where I felt hopeless and wanted to give up.
If you have been following along and reading my stories, you know I’m still figuring out Medium. I’ve written about my Thoughts on Follow for Follow and Monetizing and my process after 2 weeks and after 5 weeks on Medium in attempt to figure out what works and does not work.
I think hope is a beautiful part of life. It keeps us upbeat and gives us the motivation to keep going.
It’s readers out there like you that take the time to read and/or leave a comment that give me hope to keep writing. My earnings have grown since I started. It’s not a lot, but I am making progress.
Today might be a bad day. However, the good thing about life is there can still be hope for a better tomorrow.
