The good old days. I didn’t get my own cell phone until I was like 18!

…@ me). Instead of texting, I would get paper notes from my friends that we would exchange in class. Instead of taking pictures of my food, I would be focused on conversation at the table. I was way more present.
We are so lucky to have grown up without Social Media
